It boasts of singer-songwriters from all around the world that perform mostly original songs and a few covers acoustically.Each act performs for 20 mins approx.

Zarathustras has been hosting live music events for over 12 years now in the Capital and we continue to serve Musicians, Venues & Music lovers alike.

ONE TO WATCH: Tony Wilson

Tony Wilson is an accomplished artist based in Wellington New Zealand. He is a diverse, creative musican. His influences range from Punk and Heavy Metal to Alt Country and Folk.

His songwriting focuses on experiences, places and events and are written with an ornate sense of imagery.
In February 2009 The song "Summer Crush - Bottom of the Glass" was judged best overall in the "Visa Muso Challenge" by a panel of judges including the Chairman of the New Zealand Independent Music Association.
Following this success Tony has recorded his Debut Solo album "Time in Space".
